Junior Rodgers

Although Junior Rodgers was born in The Netherlands, he also spent a substantial part of his youth on Curacao, part of the Dutch Antilles island group. As a teenager on Curacao he was surrounded by the summer sounds of the Caribbean listening to Soca, Salsa, Reggae, hip-hop and Zouk. These sounds have similarly influenced his interpretation of dance music as with many European-based Caribbean's. Junior has been involved in the music industry for over 10 years now. During his teens Junior started out assisting in various renowned Dutch recording studios whilst he slowly but steadily moved forward to where he is now. Due to his natural tendency towards soul, he is involved in various dance projects with emphasis on house, hip-hop, r'n'b and garage.
